When does it start?

We believe in the "ready when you are" concept. As soon as the payment is confirmed you will be directed to the members only portal. Log in using the credentials received via email and you are all set to start your Shred Extreme program.

What if I need to pause the challenge?

We need your commitment of 4 consecutive weeks for the Shred Extreme challenge. If you need to pause the program, you can just log back in when ready. However we recommend that you give consecutive 4 weeks to see better results.

I haven't worked out in a long time?

That is OKAY! We work with many members just like you who may be new to training or have not been doing physical activity in some time. Our program is designed to ensure that you are working towards YOUR goals, at YOUR own personal fitness level, and keeping you injury free while getting the motivation you need.
